FDN provides private mobile internet access using dedicated mobile connections. Each access slot is isolated and assigned to a single client.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FDN does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific performance metrics.
All payments are final. Due to the nature of the Service, refunds are not provided once access has been issued.
FDN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time in case of Terms violation, abuse, or risk to the infrastructure. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
FDN shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
